HC Semitek will showcase the “Yao” serial LED flip-chips, “Yi” serial high-voltage chips and “Can” serial backlight chips at the 2014 Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition on Jun. 9-12.
At this exhibition, HC Semitek will focus on a series of white light products: low voltage, high brightness, high stability “Yao” serial LED flip chips, cost-effective and flexible “Yi” serial LED high voltage chips, and “Can” serial LED backlight chips with sound ESD resistance and consistency. At the same time, the most popular 360° luminous filament bulb lamp chip solution will be on display at the exhibition.
HC Semitek has been carrying out R&D on white LED chips and has achieved independent intellectual property rights; by means of in-depth research on the process of flip-chip LEDs and consistent improvement in epitaxial wafer and chip process technology, it is now at the forefront of competitors in Taiwan. HC Semitek will also give “chip knowledge lecture” at the exhibition. Based on the chip, it will share the principles of making chips, and analyze new process technologies such as flip chips and high voltage chips.
